Damage type doesn't matter for stopping regen though, since Salve/Bottle/Clarity check pre-reduction damage.
So even if you consider that, I don't know why it'd be 50 and not 21 (or 25 if you want a nice round number). 50 just feels on the high side for something that supposedly is there to stop "break on damage" effects, and not to be a legitimate damage boost.

So I have been watching this series called Blacklist on netflix, was curious if there are others watching the series as well. Essentially it is sort of like White Collar but no nearly as happy and cheerful.

I watched the first season, it's pretty good but mostly I think it just gets carried by Spader lol
way better than White Collar tho, that's like a guilty pleasure show imo

The Blacklist is my shit. I don't think its anything like white collar but it does broach dark stuff.

I chased season1 of blacklist but not sure why i didnt continue watching. still curious how the story turns out...

How relevant is Euls stopping regen, really?
I mean you're looking at some pretty damn edge-case bottle-away-from-gank-while-Euls-comes-off-CD situations for it to even happen. The damage is solely there to stop blink, which it would do at 1 point.
Also is Lina being OP really a thing? I haven't found her that much of a problem and she's pretty new in pro games. Plus, even if she is OP, she depends heavily on blink and Euls, which are #1 and #2 in line for item nerfs and seem like a much more likely proposition.

lina mid is disgustingly hard to not lose to in lane for most laners, which guarantees her like a 9-12 minute euls, which guarantees her random solo kills for all of the midgame.
