Nah, its full 3D space, unlike BW which is inferior 2D. Superior game, superior tech. Literally the discussions I remember from 1999 when both came out. | ||

It's gotta be a reasonably heroic protagonist though. There's a lot of stories with dead main characters, but they usually characters who are mobsters, junkies, or otherwise explicitly setup to tragically die to a flaw you knew from the start was probably going to do them in. There's some that do a decent job of it still (say The Departed or Children of Men if you like those movies), but ya not enough maybe. | ||

I think its a happy ending cuz they get what they want. it ends with them going to safety to live out the rest of their lives in relative peace | ||
