sometimes one sometimes the other its hard to entirely ban a player, the best u can do is ban their account (and maybe IP but I don't think riot goes there and it's circumventable) | ||

Trying to stop them playing league entirely is merely a game of whack-a-mole and pointless especially since one would assume a professional player's main account is worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars in skins (and elo  ) | ||
