If you ask me, this comment sums it all up:
"Team was at the top of the euro scene. Then news come of role changes; fmad becoming captain; funzi playing mid and semi carries, even morphling on a game...team fails terribly ever since."

Even if they blame synd (tbh his mid position is quite questionable but it could be just hero picks), synd is pretty much the missing element that they were looking for after left Western Wolves: a good Alpha-as-fuck captain. You simply cant really get rid of synd since he is the face of mTw :-/ Best solution: man the fuck up, stop QQ-ing and practice harder. edit: also this is why i dont want anyone who have experience in sc2 picking up dota2: a team sport game has a lot to do with player mentality managing, a slip up here and there they just turn against each other and you lost a team. Anyone who has experience in playing with a stable team would understand how hard it is to criticizing each others without losing friendship

nvm i found them on youtube. Didn't think they would upload them so fast. Also, if I view them as replays do I still get to hear what the commentator say?

Game started late last night and I was sleepy (around 5 am in the morning), and I've seen people even recommend games 2 and 3. Also, if I view them as replays do I still get to hear what the commentator say? Watch -> Tournament -> International -> Schedule View. From there click the day you want (Friday), click "View" Match Page and then there's a "Watch Replay" button. I struggled a bit to find this at first, too. Some easier access to a "WATCH GAMES YOU MISSED" button would be cooler.

Not trusting in someones ability to draft/lane/whatever can't give good results. On top of that they're now switching roles pretty much every single game - to me it seems they all play rather mediocre as a result. Exactly. An experienced team (or even individual) knows that when working as a team, if you ever start putting the blame on someone, things will degrade and you're doomed to fail. You have to man up and keep practicing the way the captain wants it, at least until after the competition is finished, else you'll just lose. And putting the blame on Synderen is like the dumbest thing possible. Unless he's an scam and is acting completely different irl than on his stream and casts, he's a very smart and intelligent guy. He wasn't the best solomid in the world, but certainly not the worst either, and I don't remember him losing mid. I don't remember him raping mid either, but he was the definition of solid, and solid at pro level is good enough vs anyone. Bleh, I was suspecting something like that when they started playing bad, fuck ego.

What a day for Dota 2 yesterday! We had over 400,000 simultaneous viewers online and thousands of visitors at Benaroya Hall watching some amazing matches. The best of 3 matches went the distance for all but one match – that match was LGD winning in two straight games and sending Orange down to the Loser Bracket http://blog.dota2.com/2012/09/day-two-starts/

I think mTw core problem was not that they played badly but taking a vacation right after their bootcamp is a terrible idea. During their vacation period others team were training quite a lot. A lot of impact that KoTL wisp Naga(from top carry to ok-ish carry) and few other heroes also only appear during that period when they absent. This leads to a huge underperformance during the EU meet up WCG thing and then going to TI2 they cant really adapt to the new meta.
