yep it's easier in dota 2 because of the way hex works between them. you had your full collision radius when hexed in dota 1, which made a big disparity between the visual and the actual which made it hard to aim. in dota 2 it's easier.

Bloodseeker ruptures a target.
Pudge hooks target just as he's sent to fountain.
A lot of rupture damage appears.
