Getting to 5K and getting better at Dota as a whole are two different goals. If you learn to be an amazing mid, your MMR will go up if you play mid. If you are learning to support, it will go back down. Because, you know, learning. | ||

That was with 21 ranked games played. I am pretty sure I could have grinded it up to 5k. Was already up ~150-200 on those games from calibratition. | ||
