/e from my experience it is just very frustrating if your team doesn't know what they are supposed to do. Trilanes are often a disaster and i don't like to shout on voicechat all game so we can have 1 succesful gank, i can't count the times i got ditched in a tower dive and stuff like that. I much rather prefer all pick when iam alone, iam content with shitty dual lanes or a greedy jungler as long as they don't feed like crazy.

Yes, as long as you have a basic idea of how a draft works, its always helps to draft. The key is to give people heroes they can play and try to build a line up with a plan. Don't draft like your at TI4, just draft heroes with a goal. If someone says they are good with zeus and you need a mid, give it to them.
And remember to always give the guy who asks for shadow demon what he wants. No one asks for that hero unless they know what they are doing.

Very good points. Lately ive been noticing lots of win/loses evening out. But when others draft its like 3 to 1 ratio for wins to loses. Its really odd and off.

I actually finds that drafting for the team what they want usually fails and we lose quick. I think its because we dont have a plan rather than just picking heroes.

Yeah i'm personally on the "NEVER GIVE THAT GUY WHAT HE WANTS" plan unless its like a) trivial to play and b) fits whatever plan u have or counters the enemy.
The amount of "hey can I naga?" into 30 min 0-6-2 brown boots relic type games is unbelievable.

i updated my post, the problem is not so much being friendly and stuff it is more that you can't expect much from your team and it is just like every other pub game just some people have heros they are not familiar with.

You don't draft them exactly what they want. Just say "yo, Im doing a push line up against this, can someone play veno or SS." Or, "Ok, their draft is super greedy with all level 6 ults, lets be super aggressive. Who wants some supports with stuns?"
Have a plan and stick to it. Just don't give people heroes they can't play or don't want to. You will lose faster than way.

Random Draft makes me so bitter. First guy gets to pick whatever he wants and the other two usually do as well, then they say: WE NEED SUPPORT, WE NEED CARRY, WE NEED TANKY GUY (wut) and I get left with the responsibility to make this team useful.

Just role with it, thats what I do. Its how I end up playing supports like Visage or Shadow Demon and just going HAM.

I'm only ever willing to pick a tank if the rest of the team agrees to play Dota like it's an RPG. I'll be the tank, but I want someone to be CC, someone to heal and two DPS. And we're going to 5-man starting at level 1.
