I dunno if it's the interface changes, because I've been lagging in CS:GO too, which is completely unrelated, and my FPS is completely fine.
I just keep swinging between 30 and 3000 ping. No problem at all.

I haven't played in a couple of weeks and now I'm scared to even start the game. It barely run well enough to play (like 35 fps on minimum detail) before for me, if the performance got worse I might not be able to play at all now.
