Na'Vi at TI are simply Na'Vi at TI

And Na'Vi's only really in the running because everyone expects them to perform twice as well at on the big stage. Which, granted, they tend to do. Na'Vi may not be the favorites, they may well also be playing a little bad atm. However, no one can argue that a bet for Na'Vi to win TI is foolish. That's the way I see Na'Vi and Ti4 anyways

Checking Liquipedia, since 2013 they have won 9 tournaments, 2 of them weren't double elimination (EMS and D2CL 2), 2 wins were from winners bracket (Defense 4 and Raidcall 3), 5 were from the losing bracket. So it really isn't something that comes out of nowhere, and the only LAN win wasn't double elimination (EMS) Further back they have more wins from the winners bracket, but it was at the time Navi was practically unbeatable and some of them are in very low profile tournaments.

Wow, super serious. Sorry you were annoyed by my enthusiasm for my favorite teams. I was just pointing out that I fear no losers bracket as a fan. As least they don't choke at LANs, unlike Empire(shots fired!)

You say they won 5 from losers bracket since 2013? Well okay. So that's: Alienware Cup. 1 loser bracket match. StarLadder. 1 loser bracket match. WePlay. 1 loser bracket match. Dreamleague. 1 loser bracket match. Starladder. 2 loser bracket matches. That's no loser bracket hero. In the majority of tournaments they are still winning more in upper bracket than lower. The only thing you can really deduce from this is that they are inconsistent and sometimes lose to random teams even though they might be the best one at the tournament. By no means does this indicate they play better in losers bracket. They're really not that different from other teams. They're not invincible on Lan. They have similar hot and cold streaks on Lan and Online. They perform similarly in Losers and Winners bracket. They preform similarly to other teams who have been at their strength.

Nor will your quest to "inform" about how they win some events from the winders bracket change my opinion that they are kings of the losers bracket.

There's a lot of things that are special about Na'Vi. But "kings of the losers bracket" is just plain wrong. You can keep on believing something that's completely wrong if you want to. And that's not an opinion, being better in the losers bracket is something that can be easily measured, and they aint. But hey, this is why Na'Vi fans have the reputation they have.

How dare you tell me they I can't name a team champions of a title that is totally based on personal opinion and what events I've seen them play in! You can't define my fandom! I'm the boos of me. Ok, enough of this, the argument is stupid and we are both entitled to our opinions of what "kings of the losers bracket" is. Edit: oh I saw that edit. Now we are back to the trash talking I came here for. At least Navi fans have a team that can close it out at a LAN. Unlike Empire, who can only seal the deal from the comfort of their bedroom.

It's is known fact that NaVi does it's best work in the losers bracket. They need to feel the threat of elimination behind them. So don't go talking to me about "well it's all opinions man".This isn't hard to understand. They're either better in the losers bracket or not. And they're not.

Na'Vi fans have since TI1 mythologised everything they do. I'm quite sure that I'm not alone in thinking that Na'Vi fans are particularly bad in this regard. People even used to dismiss the entirety of the joinDota community because so many of them were Na'Vi fans. And that talk is fine amongst yourselves, sports fans everywhere do this. But when it comes to talking to people who aren't Na'Vi fans (that doesn't mean Na'Vi 'haters'), then you're going to be challenged for those remarks.
