I mean fv has like 60 something damage at 1 In theory both of those heroes don't necessarily want to have to spend a lot of time farming jungle before their primary farming item because without it they are slow. In practice it's not inconceivable for it to be dangerous to farm lanes at some point in the game before BF where you have like Treads+RoH+Claymore--and at that point the QB is worth it because it speeds up your farming in the jungle while you wait for key heroes to appear on the map again. Honestly it's just fine to get QB before BF so long as you need it for something that's not "easier lasthitting". Stuff like faster pushing speed and being able to jungle before BF are also valuable uses for the item, it's just that it's common to just see the item as a last-hitting crutch, which is what you need to be careful of. | ||
