I had 25 dunks (okay not all of them were dunks but almost) in 27 mins yesterday, constant mana issues  I shoulda bought a soul ring but i'm dumb. | ||

The heal and movementbuff of the TQ boots just feels too slow for me (13s+healingtime) to justify 525 gold for only 4 armour (only part of the boots that will help me during fights). Im not gonna wait 30 seconds inlane/jungle doing nothing until i have sufficient HP again to be usefull with freakin axe! I think +5 chainmail for a higher tier item later combined with a naked boot would be better then TQ-boots in most cases and just as expensive. The time that TQ boots are impactfull in my games is pretty low, the cd feels to long (on axe).. I like phaseboots on almost any hero nowadays, its never bad if you compensate other issues in another way. phaseboots gives extra movementspeed can help me with movement/dunking/snowballing or whatever. It can atleast be just as impactfull as TQ boots. Ofcourse everything is debatable but if the game permits it i prefer mana- and phaseboots over TQ boots. Maybe doubters should open there replays of axe and count how many times the active on the boots had high gameimpact and how much it healed when it mattered. | ||

By the time you finish Blink, someone else probably would have gotten it, and there are bigger items to think about.
