I tried this myself at level 3 with 0 1 2 (did it before video came might I add +1 hipster), went down to 13 hp two or three times so I was lucky I didnt get bashed at that time.
Also, tranquil boots in dota gives hp and armor, in HoN it only gives movement speed. You should also note that IceFrog did work with S2 so it might have been his idea to begin with, just saying.

That's fine. I've done something similar before.
I once played a game with a 3.9k guy stacking with his 2.6k friend. The 3.9k guy was flaming everyone else for being "shit at their role" and "go play support instead cause you suck". All the while his friend tried to cliff jungle furion and getting killed repeatedly.
Ended up in the same team with them the next game again, and I promptly closed dota, shut down my computer and went out for a walk instead.
Sometimes I hate this game. But I keep coming back.

That totally changes the read of the hero.
It does look cool, but I dont want it in the game, and i hope valve stick to their guns on these kinds of hats.

That ES set is in the game already.
It's an EG set.
There is also a pretty bad ass Alliance Abbaddon set too in the patch. I think they're 12 each or something, but not sure.
