Technically you could like early push with infinite mana with a tinker but that isn't even good since as i mentioned you can already just buy 4-5 mana boots on ur team and achieve the same effect. | ||

Also its incredibly relevant that mana-neutral rearm is already possible because if it wasn't then the obvious explanation for mana boots not being rearm-able would be "free lvl1 rearm is broken" which turns out not to be true. Admittedly you could make rearm mana-positive with mana boots but not at a rate that obsoletes visiting the fountain IMO. | ||

er i think the way it works is: if you pop drum charge and then create an illusion while the buff is active, they will gain the ms/as buff but if you create an illusion, then pop a charge, the aoe buff is not applied to the existing illusions or am I remembering this completely wrong wtf | ||
