Does the blink dagger disable mechanic work like tranquils? If so, it would be possible to make some clutch plays by dropping the dagger before getting hit and blinking after.

if you have time to see an attack coming, and your blink is already off cooldown, why would you not just blink away?

It could be 1 second away from cding but you're about to get hit by an attack before then, so you drop it, take the hit, then blink. Or if you want to blink away from something like huskar ult. Self-damage abilities like Pudge's rot also come to mind.

It doesn't take that much time to drop and pick up an item. With some practice, it'd probably be doable in between malefice ticks.

The bloodstone was Arteezy, I think. Dendi got his bottle killed while bottlecrowing on his stream recently, too.

I think during the TI3 1v1 (or maybe AFOT) competition someone sniped a bottle then had their bottle sniped a minute later while crowing

I once ended up with a RoH that I wasn't planning to build into anything when I got smoke ganked and killed while farming a lane after I bought one and was planning to sell it off before the 10 secs timer passed.

Dendi lost bottle to slark a while ago in a competitive match. I couldn't remember who stole it.

Hmm, so if you have 2 bottles and time the rune spawn to get double runes, does it automatically place the rune in your 2nd bottle?

I remember that time when Cty was playing DK against iG or something and at like his first bottle crow trip the chicken plus bottle got sniped and just raped the mid lane anyway. It was pretty ridiculous.
