People complain all the time about four-stacks being assholes to the fifth guy. And the players in the four-stack complain about how the fifth guy ruins everything. Most of the time people are unhappy with that situation. So they moved that shit out of ranked. Totally fine move. If you want to play as a group of four, go play unranked. I didn't understand the outrage there. And I don't understand it here either. | ||

I was at the MET in NYC, seeing an installment exhibit on the roof. It was with super cool structure that you could walk through and see the city from all these weird angles and it was awesome. It was made of metal, had super steep stairs and the only allowed 3 people in it at a time. It as also of the roof of the MET, like right on the edge. Anyone who looked at the thing would say "fuck, that thing will kill me if I am not paying attention." When I exited there was some lady complaining that she wasn't allowed to climb the thing with her glass of wine....and that she had to wait and didn't understand why it could only hold three people at a time. People will bitch about anything, even if its for their own good. | ||

People also get confused because it's ranked, and it has a number. If it matters, then most of the measures Valve have taken are pretty common-sense. If it doesn't matter than who the hell cares if you play ranked or unranked. But instead, people only play ranked but ranked doesn't matter so why restrict X and Y things from happening. There's this weird disconnect. | ||

as far as I know anyone that buys a ticket can cast a game,which really means that anyone that can cast a game can stream it as well.Only one that owns shit is valve and teams play on their servers.Organizations don't own jack shit apart from their own stream,cast and what ever footage they produce separate to the actual game. I don't think he's in the wrong here. I guess he is a bit clueless but I don't think he is malicious or anything what he did was really wrong | ||

You can't cast a game if you buy a ticket, you never could. People had their twitch accounts closed for that in the past. Some organizations are fine with that, but if they're not, they have the right to demand exclusivity on casting. He is clueless and he's trying to turn this into some sort of a ridiculous witchhunt where the big guys are abusing the small poor guys, it's just ridiculous. There's just somuch stuff wrong with the post. Comparing it to streaming TI, comparing it to showing superbowl on a tv in his garden (wtf?) and much, much more. | ||
