Edit: I was thinking of the version that had Blitz. Root Dota 2 still probably doesn't exist anymore. Well them existing is irrelevant to my question of "what happened" =P I pretty much gathered that they werent around given you never hear anything about them.
Well, they were a thing and then they weren't. Might try tweeting at Catz or drewbie for more information.

I think that this doesnt prove alot, except that you are better then most 3k players. As there will never be a 3k player that wakes up one day and is 2k better then he was yesterday.
I think i understand your point tho, and yes, supportroles can have alot of game impact, but its alot harder to have game changing impact in a supportrole in low/mediocre ranked soloqeue game then it is in a midrole, a ganker or carryrole etc. As a support i am dependant on others to have a gamechanging impact, as a ganker, midrole, splitpusher etcetc i can have huge impact without the help of almost anyone. In most mediocre games the skill-, knowledge- and communicationlevel is just too low, therefore it is harder to have that same impact when many supportactivities arent cashed by your teamm8's. I think the issue is that its hard to be an effective support duo, if you both just sit around and leach xp you are literally a burden on your team. If you can't play support well a strong carry/support combo that can effectively deny the offlaner + jungle is greedier and much easier to execute.

Being an effective support duo is kinda hard, being a solo support is the worst thing ever.

That's why we all tuned in to the show, right? My favorite line so far is: "I have a background in traditional sports. I really liked baseball and it's a huge numbers game with a lot of statistics." That's quite the background.

All of this is interesting and I will go back and rewatch it, but having the kickoff of your new studio and new weekly studio be the life and times of kpoptosis and where the stats come from is like anti-hype.
