it was a forcestaff+hex od. if od had dagger he wudve died. honestly mushi went the wrong build that game. dagger wudve also saved him from every death. coz he was trying to escape by forcestaffing away from a rage naix when he gets open wounded and astralling to buy time. and lan games get 0 ping

Except all of those above examples were known bugs that were still in the game and allowed in tournaments.

Yet they never define what a known bug actually is. If you take that rule literally every team would have been banned at one point. The rule would only be used for obvious exploits such as duping gold.

I have 3 friends who play dota with me and we can't play ranked matchmaking because parties of 4 are not allowed, amazing.

Yeah because 4stacks are awful, don't play ranked then. Play another mode and ruin that game.
