All of "those" kind of people, generally get reported, sent down to low priority, then just make a new account instead of playing through it since there wasn't any gameplay benefit from a high level account. So they probably don't have a lvl 13 account, so they wouldn't be in ranked. + Show Spoiler + Wild theory who knows if it is right or not, kinda makes sense | ||
