At least that is how it supposed to work, but thanks to Dota 2 Engine sometimes you might be able to blink out of stuff that you are not supposed to. Icepath in dota2 actually has a slight delay on its debuff. I've seen plenty of proplayers BKB out of disruption to dodge icepath that was directly on top of them. | ||
