It isn't about TI3, it has been known for quite some time. There's even a short clip about it somewhere I believe.

Just YouTube 'Free to Play documentary' and it should be the first result.
It's about Pro-Gaming (within dota2) and the lifestyle that comes with it, not about the International events. Valve had a number of esports journo's watch it a month or so ago, this will be its first public screening I believe.
