In the past 6 days there's been an increase of over 100k. Aided by the immortal items, which will still be boosting sales for the next couple of days. The group stage will boost sales. If the documentary is released (which would make a lot more sense before TI3 than after, but you never know with Valve considering we thought it would be released last year), it would boost sales. And the event itself is over 5 days, people will still be buying it then, at an increased rate than now, even if some of the functions won't even be available to them after event start. I guarantee it will go over 3m. If some new interesting feature is added that promotes sales (like the immortal items did) and the documentary is released, it will probably reach the final goal. If not, I'm guessing 3m-3.1m. | ||

The buyer always pays first, there are probably safer methods but Paypal seems pretty standard. Also, apparently the buyer is usually asked to send the money as a gift, since it is a lot harder to file for a chargeback on a gift. 2. The seller sends a disclaimer for the buy to enter in when they send the money, something along the lines of: "I am purchasing virtual goods... I promise not to attempt a refund etc." I'm sure if you look it up you can find a good one so you don't have to write it yourself. 3. Finally, after the seller has received the money, they then trade the requested items, and presumably screenshot the trade confirmation page as evidence that they gave the item. I know it's too late to help you now, the most you could probably do is get the person labeled as a scammer, I don't know if you could possibly get the courier back, but I thought I'd just post this for future reference or for anybody else reading.
