I got a little bit more time at work to egg hunt and now im 11/12.. where the shit is this bottom axe! I got the 'hard' ones according to the forums but this axe is elusive to me!

aL were at 300-400 ping (-bleek who's na) while M5 were at 100-200? At least according to the data they got on tobi's stream.

(and presuming that was the series you were referring to)

Well first, AL's probably used to the lag, so in terms of overall play it'd affect them less, secondly, keep in mind that one of their players is from the US, for whom there's relatively little lag. So we'd end up with 4 people at 300-400 with 1 sub 100 against what i'd assume to be 5 people at around 200 ping. So while on paper the lag favors M5, I don't think AL is that disadvantaged, nor do I think that lag played any part in affecting the outcome of the games.

why do european teams always complain about lag. if you're not used to playing on a 150 ping go and play on it, or dont participate in tournaments where you have to play us east. using it as an excuse for losing, especially when your opponents have 400 ping (seriously, 400 ping is nuts, playing on east/eu from australia is horrid) is just so frustrating. you can FEEL the difference from 250 to 400. you can barely tell the difference from 80-150.

Best I've ever gotten was a triple kill (well, gotten 5 kills in a team fight, but never like that...)
He's very fun though.

-I've been having a blast with Tinker lately - he's so fun once you get your farm rolling.
Quick question though - why is he hardly every picked in competitive games...is he too gankable/farm dependent for the current pushing-style?

Tinker actually is an amazing pusher, in my opinion it's mostly an issue of first of all Tinker not having an escape mechanism or CC so he's incredibly vulnerable to smoke ganks for instance, and second uhmm... To play him at his full potential he needs such skill that pretty much no one in the world has. I'm sure if the general skill level of dota players was closer to the so-called cap Tinker would be something like a permaban because of how well he scales with skill.

i hate playing tinker....you never get a break, once you have bot's you're constantly hitting keys

there's no like, hitting a lane and last hitting a bit, or just moving around, its tp-march-rockets-soul ring-rearm-bottle-march-etcetcetc

fucking so tiring in a really long game

But them 1v1 situations where you can rotate with force staff -> hex -> lazer MotM rocket -> soul ring -> rearm -> repeat without opponent leaving hex ever until he dies -> opponent typing "wtf" in all chat
