This is just my opinion on the TL+
+ Show Spoiler +I dont like it, not one bit. Reason why I came to TL, or every other online 4rum in the first place is to be friend with ppl online, to have a discussion, at the cost of nothing ( maybe time ). In other words, you don't need to be someone or have sth to make friends. Especially money. The fact that no money involved made it more real, make it easier to feel there's no ( or little ) difference between you and another poster. Now I feel like TL+ is like an elite club, with whoever has the $ can be in, whoever has the money also has the power to invite others in. For me it defeats the purpose of an online 4rum.
But then again, it's just me, a poor high school student, so whatever.

Your opinion is strange. While i decided to donate 3 bucks to TL, because i wanted to support the site, their pro-team and players, doesn't make me any different than you are.
You are making it sound like an elite club, which it isn't. You aren't missing _ANYTHING_ if you decide not to support TL this way.

As i said, you aren't really missing anything. There is nothing but chit chatting going on, that you can even do in the TL IRC if you want to.

I don't know what Reddit lounge is like, but there is general discussion for whatever, GD for LoL, SC2 and Dota 2 (Dota 2 we already have here), and some other more or less pointless threads that is nothing but this GD thread when people keep posting "nude" pictures of dota heroes.
Overall, it's like a playground right now.

Really? I think that's a very spoiled way to look at the world. You're not losing anything - what do you think will happen at the + forum? Only circle-jerking I assume. Those who wants to support tl a bit extra does that, and those who feel that watching the adds are enough do that. The only "elite" there will ever be of TL users are those who post extremely well - like Yango. The + shit doesn't do anything.

and about the TL+, it is fine, most popular forums have a subscription service that you donate X amount of money to support the site, so I am actually pretty surprised that TL doesnt have that already. TL will still be the same dont worry.

You were right until 6.78 hit Dota 1. Now only two Int heroes have a BAT lower than 1.7, but Oracle has a lower one than WR with 1.4. It is true for Dota 2 though.
