IIRC its a literal copy of your zet. I think it should be able to use any orb effects zet has.
not sure how that effects things like cooldowns, active buffs / debuffs, and such.

Kobolds are undead gnolls as far as I remember. They don't appear together in a creep camp either, but they're from different tilesets so ^_^

WoW lore is a disservice to wc3 lore. They're completely different worlds ^_^
The only reasonable explanation I can think of is that ursas are what the furbolgs were called after they became corrupted. That or somebody decided ursas were a thing when they really weren't and now they are something.
