Maybe it bugged out so it works again, but i'm pretty sure they tried to make it so custom announcers didn't work. | ||

It's basically exactly the same process as before, but with the additional launch option. It's the same principle as using client side mods like that custom night elf hud etc posted a while back | ||

Dota 2 Update - May 13th, 2013 May 13, 2013 - Valve - East and West Qualifier predictions are now visibly locked when the timer expires. - The effect of Pennants and Compendiums are now cumulative when calculating spectator item drops. - Team members may now edit team data. - Fixed an issue where Dota TV connections could fail with several thousand spectators.
