It'll stack with other players in a game though (+25% from others with the compendium, for example). | ||

I also liked how Dendi used him. He basically plays him like his pudge. After the laning phase ended, he pretty much stopped farming entirely and just starte looking for solo ganks, he even bought a couple smokes just for himself. I think that's because Skymage's solokilling potential is just so huge that he can afford to do this. | ||

Skymage only has ridiculous solo killing potential but other than that not so much. But he won't be picked much during TI2/G1. TA and OD rape SM pretty hard on mid. By and large, Skywrath's mid matchups are either outright wins or skill-dependent at worst. There's no matchup that he really gets "raped" in. | ||

SM has never been a stable pick and will never be. He is good for solo killing potential and has good solo mid dominance. But with good bottlecrowing,you still get farm. But he was never made for competitive play. I said it before and I say it again. Top Competitive Dota is all about hero that can do these( flash farming,split pushing,pushing and teamfight spells.) And SM doesn't have that. And Forcestaff/BKB(main item on supports/tricore) all hardcounter his ulti. Gyro is leagues ahead of SM in terms of picking priority.LOL The only reason SM is picked now because the teams are experimenting him in the off season. When it comes to the real deal,Mag/Nyx/Bat/KotL/Naix/LD/DS will still be the main pick. | ||
