I've seen some stupid attempts (as well as some successful ones) at warding the enemy fountain, but I can't for the life of me figure out why. Common sense should apply to where they'll be laning, and in any case your picks will be dependent on your lanes as well, so you can't really "react" to seeing them go out. Worst case scenario they're doing something weird, and you'll have to swap lanes. But you can do that after you're seeing them in the lane, and its not worth a lost ward and tp + potential (in higher mmr: certain-) death. No one has any globals at lvl 1 either. If you're planning on sniping people on their way home at lvl 6+, you can port in later (you know, when there's not 5 people in the fountain), when its actually useful. If you want to do some cheese at lvl 1, try smoke ganks or Roshan. | ||
