I doubt we will have a a full pool at TI3.
At least we won't have all of the heroes in CM, as I imagine there will still be a handful of (slark) bugs to work out on the newer heroes.

I remember seeing him as an offlaner. Not sure about mid or not but he can easily go mid. He brings a ton fuck of AoE to the teamfights and like wairai said he can stop pushes fairly easy. But then again, we are talking about Chinese doto here and again, we still have to see how he is in DotA2.
As far as the heroes being released... I highly doubt you will get all the remaining heroes before 2014.

They will probably work on the more 'metagame relevant' ones, such as Elder Titan and Pit Lord (probably 1 or 2 others? I dunno) and leave heroes like Techies till last, as sad as I am about that.

Abaddon is 90% likely to be the hero released after ET (or maybe before ET).
After that...I'm not sure who else has made progress tbh.

And his third skill can removes basic armor and magic resistances making it a good pick for tanky heroes.
His spirit also got the third skills. Its really a pain to lane against him.

Not that I think the hero is particularly well designed or anything, but I really want techies in Dota 2. Too much fun.

TC is mid and offlaner. basically he's a hero that weakens tanks and sets up initiation with spirit + echo stomp, teamfights with his ultimate, which has very big aoe and is also excellent counter initiation

You can also pool your mid another bottle or two and buy a couple extra couriers so he can have a constant stream of regen through a bottle crow "assembly line". He will definatelly win mid with that.

He's also very good for anti-push because Echo Stomp lets you stall a creep wave for 5 seconds at zero risk.
