I was just wondering because everytime I watch someone streaming Enigma they always leave black hole at level 1. it's their choice. mana isnt really an issue for enigma if they have arcane boots, doubly so with soul ring, so if they level black hole its for the cd, even though the mana cost is higher. maxing e is more efficient for damage, but you're only really delaying it by 1 level and then you're comparing level 2 black hole versus an increased level in midnight pulse, and also a level 3 black hole versus... stats. | ||
