when silencer steals 2 intel... can it happen in a game where ppl have NO intel left/?? A hero like brewmaster, which has already really low intellegence and got killed like couple times 20 times he'll be SCREWED!!! | ||

The formula is just 1000 + (wins-losses)*13 so it holds no mathematical weight. If anything, I would say its only a facade with arbitrary numbers chosen to make it look like an actual ELO. It could as well have been wins-losses and it would tell you the same exact thing, which is nothing. | ||
