I think he's talking moreso about Naix vs. Pudge in the mid lane rather than in team fights (Since the last 2 pages or so have been about counterpicking mid-matchups, correct me if I'm wrong). The idea is that unlike with traditionally squishy Int mids who generally die when they get hooked/rotted in lane when you play Naix you have the ability to both last hit/deny with ease as well as actually pressure pudge because feast does huge damage to pudge's naturally high hp pool and Rage makes you immune to Rot (Pudge's big source of damage early-mid game).

i saw a naix get hooked into a team of 5 who immediately jumped into a creep during pudges dismember animation, and pudge was channeling while naix was unkillable in creep, naix popped out and killed everyone. lol obviously that's not standard fare though, but it's definitely funny to watch happen. that naix was really good and super fed that game though.

Also, Europe server split! There's now an EU East and an EU West. Curious to see how this turns out. They introduced it for LoL some time before I started playing that so I didn't get to see if there was a difference before or after so this should be interesting.

It has been up for like 6 months? Maybe more. It's awful for a lot of people though, ussually routing issues and packet loss. If you are not from Brazil you often get worse pings there than on USE. If you are from Brazil, they can still be pretty similar. The packet loss issue is probally even more annoying, and worse than in USE, if it affects you. That said, some people have no issues at all, depends on location, ISP and whether the internet gods feel like you deserve to play on a decent server today.

So I haven't played magnus since they gave him the charge, am I missing something? It doesn't say that it only effects heroes ,but for some reason it doesn't do anything to creeps when I try to use it on creeps.

So our Rubick with 1500 ping leaves in the middle of the game. We're up like 24-10, and they're super behind on levels, but it's fucking 4v5. So we start slipping hardcore. I'm Kunkka by the by. Had a decent early game against their Invoker at mid, rushed a shadowblade and got a kill or two with it. Whatever. We managed to get mid rax while they were pushing our top lane, pro as fuck so we were back into the game. The next ~20 minutes was us behind really far ahead technically, but not able to do shit because we just can't beat them because of their own fed undying and it being a 4v5.
Our entire team got wiped except for me, who was at 100hp and in base desperately getting HP. I finish my Daedlus and proceed to Shadow Blade. Their entire team is mid about to take mid rax and then rax our other sides, since everyone is at ~45-50 seconds on respawn. I see the Invoker with 400ish HP and decide to just take him out, just to spite him since we're going to lose anyways. Then it happened. It took me about 10 seconds to process what happened. I one shot 4 people of their team, and the Undying was all that was left with about 300hp, and I killed him too. Then I bought my BKB straight up after that, and me and a fed razor just went. to. fucking. town. The next 10-15 minutes was just me going around getting triple kill after triple kill and soloing all their raxes until we won.
62 minutes.
And that's why I play DotA. :3

Obviously my map awareness is good enough to not let the pudge hook me if there's any significant danger... Naix basically takes 0 dmg from pudge's hook + dismember + (rot if the pudge is stupid enough to keep it on), and still has magic immunity time to spare. Though note that my Naix winrate is at 75% overall and I queue to top 3 pages solo.

Bugs including the classic buldings-not-appearing-on-the-mini bug, the heroes-not-appearring-on-your-screen bug, as well as i-can-see-everyone-else-moving-but-not-me bug, lol
