EPTNow the second leaver abandons the game, but this time, no countdown starts, and the same thing about having the broken cable icon as well. What gives?
This happened about in about 3 separate instances in 3 separate games.

It doesn't prevent stuff like forcestaff, leaps and blinkz. And any amount of truesight renders his ulti a non-factor in teamfights.(Sents and gems, dusts aren't very effective) | ||

In competitive play, it's usually just the same pool of heroes that are either banned/picked. Unfortunately, there are also a pool of heroes where they are no good in pub either. Slark is one of them. | ||
