All in all 4,865 gold over time.
So only if you don't buy any items at the start, you could get it in time, but one(especially you) will never get every single cs, a 10 minute radiance just from free farm is impossible.

If you steal lasthits from your support's creep pulls without losing lane farm you can exceed that gold count.

Really really tough unless you can control your bear and hero at the same time to get last hit CS.
I have never seen anyone get radiance in 10 mins.
Earliest i have ever seen is Burning on 11-12 mins on his LD.

Note the only purpose of this was to show that radi at 13min is very doable, not that 10:30 should be some standard achievable in every game

You can get Relic in 9minutes and Radiance on 11 on Alch. Probably earlier. This is if your not missing any last hits and maxing goblins greed first ofc.

No I can't do that. I wish I could though, games with my relatively high-skilled HoN buddies (1800-2000MMR) always were so nice because I could just farm and then we would destroy them, in pubs my team generally does a better job than the enemies preventing my farming so I'm kind of wondering how I'm supposed to properly practice this -.-

Also, shikyo, I don't think having less than 40% winrate on PL at a very low skill bracket allows you to talk about what to get on the hero in any meaningful way
