he needs a couple points in charge for it to be moderately useful, and his ult is unusably bad without bash, which makes his early skill build kind of awkward his ult also sucks because of that massive post-cast delay, though it can make for some funny ganks on blinkers/tpers he's not as bad as people seem to think though, he's alright at laning because of empowering haste and decent base stats charge doubles as a mediocre escape spell, it's better than nothing though it does have a debuff icon but that should never be an issue, because when sb ganks he shouldn't be charging across the map anyway i think generally the best opening is 2211> 4412 with phase+jango+wand+bkb (optional urn, vanguard, point booster) > luxury | ||

hue hue hue all things aside, it was most likely the game against mTw, however there were multiple TA games, he used it against DK with great effect aswel I believe, just look through iG's games of the international. You can check Dota academy and filter if you are too lazy to flick through the international pages. | ||
