The fact that lich has basically endless mana is one of the reasons he's such a good hero for new players, you don't have to focus too much on that aspect and can focus on other parts of the game instead. That, on top of his high movement speed, high attack range and being completely item independant. | ||

Pick a hero, study it, play it well, then do it with the next hero. Don't ruin your first 200 games randoming for the love of god. And by ruin I mean ruin the game of the other players by playing a hero you have no idea how its played. (I'm not saying randoming itself is bad, but by learning the game while randoming you'll just create frustrating games. By mastering just one hero, you'll understand dota in general. By randoming, you'll be too busy learning new hero mechanics to learn the game itself. Not randoming involve more "studying" tho, especially reading about the heroes you won't have played yet) | ||

It's how i learned how to play DotA, i see nothing wrong with it. He'll be vs people just as bad as him,so it wont be a problem. Also HL3 isn't 5 years late, they never promised a release date so it can't be late to begin with. | ||
