It has a good amount of Strength, both all resist and physical is decent, the gold find is solid, and there is a 10% increase to frenzy damage for barbs (which is the main reason why I'm actually trying to sell this piece). I think its a pretty solid belt, no vit unfortunately or it could be godly, but still an extremely solid belt with a good amount of defensive and offensive properties. The 2h is pretty standard, 110 Int, 80+ vit, but with a 25% attack speed increase, which makes this thing attack at an actual decent rate.
