I guess that's only a week ago, but still that's kind of a delayed announcement if it is new. Kinda confused :S

But anyway, very good news, after a week of teams closing etc. The coach was saying they didnt have too much money/sponsors, so hope this helps them. And it's kinda cool that it isnt a computer/game related sponsor, shows that the game has a possible reach outside of the core gamer community.

Yes they did - but a lot of people need to realize that just because a company "sponsors" a team, doesn't mean they get tons of money and all of their products for free.... I'm not going to pretend I know what IM gets or doesn't get. Nor did I know what we got at wNv back in 2006/7 when Coca Cola sponsored us (I worked in the foreign section as a journalist - working on the English portal for the team). Also - food for thought, Pepsi also sponsored World Elite for about a year - last year until they were replaced by GIGABYTE as the main sponsor. Anyways, congratulations to IM - glad to see them get support, I hope everything works out for the best : )

Sure it was a bit expensive, but I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor, refreshment, and the thought that I am supporting e-sports (or as White-Ra likes to call it, CYBER-SPORTS).
