I would say Naniwa is better than Socke from that list mentioned above, and as much as it pains me to admit, possibly Tyler as well at this point. But you can't even compare him with Huk right now, Huk can destroy foreigners so hard right now if he brings his A game. White-Ra and Kiwi are in my opinion also better players overall.

And if we're talking about facts, rather than opinions, Naniwa hasn't done anything of note in any major tournaments. In fact Tyler has technically done better than him overall, not even to talk about the others on that list. He isn't even at the IEM Europe championship going on right now. His achievements of late are pretty much limited to TL Opens, and with all due respect it's essentially an online BO1/BO3 tournament with $200 prize pool.

He came 2nd at the homestory with europes best players while tyler went out fairly early in that FXopen, he was d/q from the iem thing afaik due to too many penalty points, pretty sure he was on the way to qualify, that + getting to the final 4 in two 1000player+ tournaments is pretty significant, also won a craftcup finals v morrow just there who kiwi lost to and has won pretty much every clanwar game for empire v people like fenix

I'm not saying that he is better than Huk or White-Ra. I actually don't know how good Huk is right now, but I think White-Ra is better than Nani. I would rate Naniwa higher than Socke, Kiwikaki (e.g. Nani won 3-0 against Morrow on the same day as Kiwi lost to him 2-3) and Tyler though. But that's all my opinion, not a fact or something like that.

I hate it when people are stating their opinion as a fact.

:O Sick signing for Dignitas, surprised to see Nani leaving Empire though he's not been under their banner for that long?

Don't think Empire has the economy to send their players to tournaments, which is why it makes sense for the players to join bigger teams if they get the opportunity.

This is wrong, but it's understandable that he joins a stable team with a lot a fellow swedes and good practise partners

This makes team dignitas look scary good, probably one of the best foreign teams now.

Minus Liquid (Every member?), or Root (Catz, Mini, Kiwi, QXC, Drew), or EG(Machine, Inka, Incontrol, LZ), or Mouz(Morrow, Strelock, Mana, Hasu, Naama), or Fnatic(Kiwi, TT1, Fenix, Gretorp. Sen, Lucifrion)

Yeah, Those teams are way better than Dignitas. SeleCT is probably the best in that team. Nani needs to learn to play on more than one base. People saying they should send nani to Korea makes me laugh. Nani would just be a worse version of ChoyafOu.

The stupidity in that comment really annoys me. If you don't watch his games, don't bother commenting on his play.

I have seen him play, couple of times. And I have yet to see him do something else than a standard 4gate, 4gate with 2 voidrays, 5gate or 3gate expand into 6gate.

You are wrong.

I think the dignitas lineup isn't too far from mouz/Fnatic/ROOT and slightly stronger than EG.

Including IdrA/Demuslim in this equation? I'm pretty sure IdrA could allkill Dignitas in a CW, but even so, if you compare IdrA/Demuslim/Machine/InControl/Inka to Naniwa/Sjow/Select/Bischu/Killer, EG is better in 3-4 of those matchups, and then Axslav/Lz/StrifeCro are much stronger than the remainder of Dignitas.

I think Naniwa is world-class, but that doesn't make Dignitas world-class.

EG keeps losing to NrG. I think you vastly overestimate them. When IdrA isn't around they've been showing underwhelming results

I know, they have underwhelming results because they're always using their 5 weakest players for CWs.

It's like saying Dignitas would have underwhelming results without Naniwa, Sjow, and Select. Hmmmmm....

Not really. Only IdrA wasn't part of the line up in both CWs.

I think people are underrating Machine and InControl. Machine had a really nice run at the last MLG, and there hasn't been any big North American tourneys since then. After watching the GSL code A tournament they're easily both code A material.

I think once EG and Dignitas get more players in Korea there's going to be shitload more foreigners in GSL, although I don't know if that's still the plan with the foreign scene improving.

Dignitas house for Korea?!!?!?!?! With Select, Sjow, and Naniwa this is such a solid team and if the zerg players were buffed a lil more this could easily be at least a Code A caliber team in Korea
