Between the jab at FruitDealer for having a lot of free time because of his loss, the Gracken and Super Saiyan BoxeR I actually laughed out loud, which I don't normally do to forum posts. I'm really excited about BoxeR's career in SC2. He should help bring it more into the spotlight and bring even more Korean fans over. Without shitty KeSPA and the more "free market" scene with tons of SC2 tourneys, the atmosphere is just so exciting! I feel like we're getting to watch a real revolution in e-sports!
So true! I'm loving the excitement boxer is bringing to the GSL
Does anyone have the viewer numbers from this match yet? It must've been crazy!
Boxer fighting!!!!!!!!

Omg hahaha. I laughed so hard.

Thanks for sharing the photos on the first page. And MORE LOL for the guy who drew DBZ all over it haha. And the Bisu part. Lol.

If Boxer wins GSL 2 it would be a dream come true. He wold do alot for the future of esports as well as sc2 like he did for sc1.

THE EMPEROR practicing with FruitDealer would be amazing...

Great win by boxer, I felt like Nada beat him self more than boxer. Throughout the tourney I think Nada was a more solid player and was very patient. It seemed like against boxer he was pushing on spots when he should've been holding his contain and playing the macro game. Nada kept trying to attack off 2 base vs 2 base instead of playing against boxers weakness, which is the macro game.
I loved the nuke play by nada on Delta quadrant, but he shouldn't have pushed!! That definitely lost him the game when he tried to TLO against boxer when boxer himself said he admired TLO's terran the most.

I just want to say thank you to the translator. I was looking all over for the interviews and couldn't find them. So thank you and I hope you can continue to do them!

But now I'm afraid other pros show up for next GSL and just destroy Nada and Boxer just like in Pro league =[
it really saddens me to be agreeing with this lets hope the reign of nada and boxer is a long one before "the others" join the fight.

If i was not in the Library right now i would be screaming YES BOXER but alas i must just fist pump in the air (still werid) but its all WORTH IT

And frankly, it was a little disappointing hearing about the prize money in the English questions. It's not really about the money for Boxer anymore.
It is always about the money though. Progamming career is short enough as it is, he has to think for his future too.

IMHO the observers in these vods are better than the English cast, you will miss less actions. Hint: Just look for translations here on TL that's from Chinese sources. Not sure if I'm allowed to mention this, but there are people on Youtube who may or may not have already uploaded the games with the English commentary to boot. You may or may not be able to find them by searching for "gsl" and changing the upload time to "today" or "this week." Usually you can find the games within a few hours of them being played.

He made anywhere between 300-500k (USD equivalent) for several years in salary + whatever sponsorship/advertisement deals + previous tournament winnings and his fiance is a successful Korean actress. I think he's pretty much set.

Well aparently Boxer is the one that makes it furthest in the GSL2

I didn't get to watch it live since it was too late for me (damn morning classes), but congrats BoxeR! I didn't root for any player since it could have gone either way. It will be crazy if he does win GSL 2.
