no idra

I'm curious, it says Artosis and Tasteless going? Isn't GSL going on the same day?
or that friday at the very least?

They based invite off ladder rankings i think.

I practically had an orgasm, TLO playing Zerg in beta was why i started playing as Zerg in the first place.

Doubt the tournament stream will be $40. Every other year they've had the tournament streams free, it's just all the discussions and such which are included with the $40.
I can just see Browder's commentary though. "And those collossi move in, and deal some terrible, terrible damage!" "Looks like those tank lines are going to do some terrible, terrible damage!" "Oh lord, that was some terrible, terrible damage!"

Predictions: DeMuslim> Luffy NEXGenius> Select Fenix > Softball ice> White-Ra Huk> Redarchon Loner> Capoch Maka> Dimaga Sen> TLO
Any liquidbet for this?

I heard Maka is sick or something. I hope he gets better by time.

Nothing on their page inspires me to believe otherwise yet

And then does TLO book it like the Flash back to Korea for the GSL? Godspeed, TLO!

WTF is the point of inviting the most important player of e-sports and SC2 and not allow him (along with the winner of GSL) to participate in the tournament? Absolutely disgraceful how Blizzard has handled the selection process.
|
At first I saw the brackets and though they were really stupid. Then I realized there's it's just a very skill saturated player pool.
Can't wait!

The show match between Fruit Dealer and BoxeR, seems like one hell of a practice match for GSL
|
Hmm, wasn't Boxer supposed to be attending Blizzcon?

They didn't participate (or weren't invited) to the Blizzcon qualification tourney in KR.
However, I think EU/NA/Russia are invite-only and hence we see TLO who doesn't really ladder in EU.

Is this the first time the Plott brothers have casted together?

"Hey Boxer and Cool, we want you to come and help make our tournament popular in Korea ... but you can't actually get a chance to win $40K, that okay with you two?"
This is just a complete lack of common sense on Blizzard's part. I don't like that Idra, easily the best NA player, was snubbed for this event as well.
