There are several reasons why I'm not scared for TLO. We don't know how much SC2 Sangho has played but I'm willing to bet that it's less than TLO. Also, Sangho was a BW progamer, but he was one of the crappier progamers. If NaDa played Sangho now in BW it could go either way, and we saw what TLO did to NaDa in SC2. Maybe Sangho practiced more SC2 than NaDa but I doubt it.

(P)SangHo was one of the crappier progamers you say? I don't want to say anything about (Z)Cool , but I'm just saying, he was on eSTRO's A-Team, so he was definitely amazing at BW, just not on the level of Flash, JD, etc.
Also, (P)SangHo was pretty much in good condition when he left BW, it was just because of the whole scandal that he left. And, it seems like SangHo's been practicing a lot, according to SC2ranks, he's doing really well. Not as much as NaDa, but still a lot.

That's just my 2 cents.

IDK, besides sangho (who we haven't seen) TLO should make the Ro16. Wait CHRH is there... alright Mn this could be interesting. High risk high reward. Taking out so many big names will do wonders for TLO's korean brand.

Idra could go very far. There are worse brackets to have (namely TLOs)

Estro was the worst pro team next to Ace. I don't believe Sangho would have been on the A-team for a lot of other teams. I also believe, just my impression of watching him in PL, that NaDa and Sangho aren't too far apart in terms of BW skill, and TLO is able to take NaDa just fine. If it were someone like Effort coming in I would say that his skills are so good that less time spent on SC2 doesn't matter. Effort would destroy all. Sangho is not nearly at that level, and his macro and micro won't be good enough to counter his SC2 inexperience.

You know, sometimes I think some of you believe george bush is a lizard person.. such Paranoia.. Finding reasons for EVERY bracket to be rigged.. surely if it was random you'd still find ways to call it rigged? OMG TLO AND IDRA IN THE SAME BRACKET, rigged to discourage foreigners!

anywho, Awesome. I can't friggen wait, and the 1 or 3pm (I forget which) korean start time for the Ro64 is Awesome

I think nada's natural talent is so good, his inexperience with SC2 doesn't even matter. He stated in the recent GSL2 interview that he didn't have confidence just a few weeks ago before joining ogs. A few weeks later, he makes the main stage.

That IEM showmatch vs TLO doesn't even matter. This is the guy that his father died, he left pro gaming for over 2 years, came back and toasted everyone in his way and got the golden mouse.

Although I like TLO a lot, I dont see him having even the smallest chance against Cool. Ofc assuming they play against one another...

I'm suprised nobody has said that there is a possibility of idrA vs TLO finals lololol (i'm sure korean e-sports would be over if that happened)

i don't think that's gonna happen personally, but man.. can you imagine the number of bw pros switching to sc2 to defend their honor? I know for wcg they make a big deal to win, it's important to them to have korea be the best.. I can only see this making competition in Korea take off in SC2, as well as encouraging more foreigners to come play. Win-Win for SC2, probably not good for BW, idk I could be wrong, and it could make people lose interest, but from what I've heard they like TLO over there.

People putting way too much confidence in old SC1 pros. SC1 != SC2 and it's been shown in the replays. They're good at SC2, but not really TSL level IMO.

Semis: Fruitdealer vs Clide, Boxer vs Idra
Finals: Clide vs Idra

Clide wins.

Edit (For the slow): By old SC1 pros I mean the relative newcomers to SC2 obviously.

There's quite a bit of turnover from gsl1->2, there are people that finished very well in the 1st that didn't even qualify here, insane. Talent pool in SC2 is already ridiculously deep =o

A) Fruit-dealer
B) Clide
C) ?
D) Idra

C is the hardest bracket to predict. I honestly don't buy in to the hype of Boxer or Nada. Not yet anyway. Feel that its going to take time, for their superior Bw skill to show through in sc2.

Whoever says Gas is an extremely weak opponent should know that he is living in the same house as Tester, Cool, and Clide. He is not a weak opponent.

He's left TSL.

I don't know why, but I've seen many people including GTR say it.. they always just say "read the thread"
