the best analogy i could make is....

hovz is like reach, trek is like nal ra

nal ra has this ridiculous understanding of the game so he pulls off these fucked up strategies time and time again, but reach has his ridiculous macro. who's the better player?

most would say nal ra, but people who say reach arent ignorant, and do have some basis for argument.

although i would say trek is better than hovz, hovz knows his own skill level better than any of us do. He does underestimate trek's skill, but I do think he can make an argument that hes better than trek.

i was basing it on both of your play.Hovz you are an awesome macro based gamer,trek is a brilliant timing/strategy based gamer,and has decent enough macro to back it up.

the end justifies the means. he has shown that he knows the game well enough to win with retarded shit, and winning is what really matters. i kind of look at him as the current satanik, but better.

and even though its funny, rain is a terrible comparison because he's a good player who has terrible results.

based on the game ives seen of him, and the games ive played him. his style is basically a style to try to catch u off guard because his macro is so slow. his pvt is a little better then prides, which isnt nearly good enough to be better then me

the last 10 posts (starting with HovZ's "i am better than trek") are the worst i have EVER read here in tl.net (and im pretty old...)

TreK has been #1 non-korean gamer the past ~3 months , because he lets results speak for himself ... i can't recall when was the last time he entered a tournament and NOT win it.... never before in the last 3 years have I seen such a complete dominance in the non-korean community
