EDIT: Tech N9ne the best rapper ever?! I've never heard that one before.. To each his own, art is based on personal preference after all.. I grew up on Pac so even though he's a popular choice for #1 No rapper or Musician EVER influenced hip-hop or rap as much as Pac did. No rapper was as profound in the way he touched on the issues he went through and got you to understand and relate to them. | ||
