Every 6 months ,or something, every team can choose some players who get their license without passing courage. e-STRO did this for idra before he left to CJ | ||

hes right if you're a member of a pro team (theyve drafted you or bought you or traded for you) then you're eligible to play. not every single licensed progamer is playing because not all licensed progamers are attached to teams, or even still active. | ||
