Terror showed his expo-whore sense in the prelims, Kal has been doing quite decently this season, and Calm I feel is poised to make a leap forward. I wouldn't be surprised if they were in contention for a playoff spot next season as well. edit: oh, and Soo sucks. | ||

its not that their players are necessarily bad, they just really lack alot of flair. honestly, before this proleague, STX was that team that had all the leftover junk players: they regularly had no team members in starleagues, and those that did manage to make a showing (think yooi/child) got trashed. now that STX is doing well, its interesting to note how the team doesn't REALLY rely to heavily on a single player. If you say Samsung proleague performance, I immediately think Firebathero and Stork. Bring up Lecaf, and i think Anytime and Jaedong. However, mention STX to me, and there's Kal, Hwasin, Mind, Sheis, Child, Soo etc. All players have won key games in various matches, and as a result, no player really stands out in my mind. its difficult to have a huge passion for a team when you don't have much of a passion for any of the players individually. | ||

Correct: 2 wins (there are 2 2v2s) STX reminds me of Hanbit (Hanbit is a bit better in my opinion) but still when I see Hanbit I think STX and vice versa so they fall into the underdog category for me and got to root for the underdog. Kal and Sheis are pretty good, playing Pusan and Sea will be tough but if they can do well in the 2v2's and Kal and Sheis hold their own they can maybe pull a win. Evidently I was wrong, Kal sucks now. STX is screwed then I suppose :x. | ||

He looks so girly and beats better players when he shouldnt ! xD When I think about STX I think about HwaSin and the rest, average players who never achieved anything but still have beaten better known players in ProLeague =) Some of them may have bright future, but its still 'long way home'. And ofc STX = TosSGirL ! ;P They love to be underdogs and beat better teams. Just like Hanbit. Will they beat MBC ? Who knows... ProLeague should change name to LeagueOfWonders and that speaks itself ;> | ||

The only person on their team who I find worth cheering for is Hwasin Sheis has a pretty good TvT but I don't find him interesting at all. When I look at him I think of a robot playing Starcraft for some reason. When he was playing Hwasin I was thinking mechanic play vs passionate play. The three other decent players on their team aren't well known. They have Child, Kal, and Inter.Calm. The only reason I think STX would be your favorite team is if Hwasin is your favorite player. Hwasin is awesome and all but the chance someone would cheer for his team when the team they are playing has such a stacked lineup is quite low. | ||
