This is the second of 2 qualifiers for our OSC Global All-Stars $1000 Tournament. We want to see who the 'best foreigner' is on the day! This qualifier will be open to the EU, NA, SEA, and Chinese regions, and require citizenship of these nations to participate. The Global All-Stars Tournament is sponsored by Eddie, PSISTORM Gaming, ADVMoto Magazine, and Saulo Silva fine photography.

Qualifier #2 starts at Friday, Jan 16 11:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) NA server
Top 4 qualify for the main event on Saturday, Jan 17 11:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00). There is no $ prize for this qualifier, only progression to the finals.

Qualifier format will be DE, Bo3 upper bracket, Bo1 lower until 7/8th placing where it becomes Bo3.

Map Pool:

King Sejong Station LE, Overgrowth LE, Catallena LE, Merry Go Round LE, Deadwing LE, Foxtrot Labs LE + Nimbus LE

Both players take turns to veto 2 maps from the map pool, so there is 3 left, then they each select the map they most want if they lose, and start with the remaining map. Any problems, consult with admin.

Default server is North America, however if both players agree, their series can be played on another server, but must you notify admin before + after. In the event of disagreement, Game 1 will be played on NA, and the loser can pick the server for the next map.

Players are advised to join the in game group OSC on NA server, so they can contact their opponents and admin.

With the catch phrase "Energizing The Game", PSISTORM GAMING, founded on the 27th of August, 2014, is a primarily Starcraft 2 organization composed of players who believe in good mannered play, enthusiastic sportsmanship, and above all, a love for the game. Originally part of KJ clan from karljay.com which has existed for over a decade from the days of BroodWar, the team has been rebranded as a new organization with sponsorship and big plans. The organization has hosted special showmatches with INcontroL, Hendralisk and EnDerr, as well casual tournaments with a significant prize pool for amateurs.

The team has grown to have 4 pro, 2 academy Grand Master players with all but 1 from the USA. The casual team consists of many players who organize tournaments, leagues and other events, being active differently with casting, writing articles, and other contributions. Saulo Silva fine photography



Saulo Silva is a photographer, motorcyclist and Geophysicist. When off-duty from the industry, he seeks the place, the light and the angle for unique captures.

Always "armed" with a camera to not let opportunities slip away, he will strive to bring home images to please the eye, be it a brief witness of nature, a beautiful smile or a unexpected gesture.

The Oseanic StarCraft 2 Championship Series (OSC) is the Oceanic, South East Asian and Chinese regional championship, which follows a yearly season format, where players earn points for placing in all partnered tournaments. (Only around the top 25% gain points from each tournament). The top 32 players ranked via the OSC Player Leader board at the end of the season are then invited to play in the 2 day minimum $4000+ Grand Finale to determine the yearly champion!

GuMiho was 2014's Champion, taking out the $3500 finals series.
PiG was 2013's Champion, taking out the $2100 finals series.
