scarlett is still the best

The best female canadian zerg maybe

maybe best zerg in her province

best player not korean/not HUK

Not even close

Best Canadian player, possibly of all time, depending on how we classify HuK.

Huk has won more tournaments, but those tournaments were not even the same league as what we have today.

He won an MLG by 2-4ing MC though, that's gotta count for a lot. To me, that is enough for Scarlett to get knocked down to #2 if we classify him as a full-on Canadian.

Huk used to be the PvP GOD. Everyone joked about Top 3 Control but his control was in fact pretty unreal for the time. I guess we can say he's the most successful Canadian ever, but Scarlett has more skill in a far tougher era.

oh yea, its cause he trained in korea with lots of pashun and when he started, his comp was sooo bad it couldnt run high temps, so he focused on gateplays

He didn't have to make templars, especially in PvP which was literally 4gate vs 4gate.

and 4-2 nani also it was 4-1 vs mc and 3-2 moon

Yeah, that was quite the run. Weren't Nani and Moon also still really, really good at that point as well?

I mean, Scarlett's made great runs in tournaments, but hasn't won yet. HuK's won a foreigner-only MLG as well.

yes yes and yes, i was sooo disappointed when JD beat her at northcon last year, one of the best runs of all time by non korean

Does anyone know of another Canadian we could possibly say to be "greater than Scarlett at SCII?"
I'm even having a hard time thinking up great players. I LOVE MaSa though, that kid's SICK. But besides him, I can't seem to think of any really great Canadian SC2 players.

I guess there's Hendralisk.

If this were any other thread there would be so many warnings for low content posting and the thread would be very locked. Not upset enough, probably!

So is this thread special?

Yes

Masa and Henry have both taken sets off her (Season 2 challenger, neva4get) but I'd never ever come close to calling them greater than Scarlett overall

Does anyone know of another Canadian we could possibly say to be "greater than Scarlett at SCII?"
I'm even having a hard time thinking up great players. I LOVE MaSa though, that kid's SICK. But besides him, I can't seem to think of any really great Canadian SC2 players.

I guess there's Hendralisk.

ostojiy? SluSh?

But could you say that they're "greater than Scarlett at SC2?"

I mean, we could dispute whether or not HuK is Canadian for a lot of reasons, but he might just be the only contender.

oh yea in terms of greater than scarlett only huk is in contention, and huk is dual, he was born florida but recognizes himself as canadian, and dad is canadian, sooo i guess he is fine

Confirmed HuK > Scarlett then

This is a nice 28k post I guess

No. Pics are dumb. Go posts or nothing.

You, along with five others, make up something like half of this thread. If somewhere to judge what is stupid, perhaps you should take a step back

Mods are getting upset

If this were any other thread there would be so many warnings for low content posting and the thread would be very locked. Not upset enough, probably!

So is this thread special?

Yes

How special is it?

On a scale of 1 to how special your mother tells you you are, probably two thirds
