I think it's still possible for both of these teams to make the playoffs.
If Empire-fnatic win all their matches 5-0, Acer gets 0-3 with a -8 map score in their remaining matches, mYi loses their remaining matches except against Acer, getting a mediocre map score, Axiom loses against Mouz, and none of the middle teams do very well, Emp-fna will get fourth behind Liquid, Mouz, and mYi no?
