After reviewing community feedback we have decided to open 1 pool play qualifier for both EU and KR.
The KR qualifier will take place on May 22-25 and will be cast by Totalbiscuit, broadcast details soon.
The EU qualifier will take place on May 8-11. Broadcast details TBD.
Americas Qualifiers will take place:
April 19 - Open, Single Elimination, 256 max players, free entry; 3 players (3rd place match between semi final losers)
April 20 - Open, Single Elimination, 256 max players, free entry; 3 players (3rd place match between semi final losers)
May 15-18 - Invite, 1 player
May 22-25 - Invite, 1 player
May 29-June 1 - Invite, 1 player
June 5-8 - Invite, 1 player
Broadcast details soon.
Note: No travel support is associated with any qualifier, only pool play is up for grabs.
For all KR and EU players or managers of players, please email jnye@mlg.tv by 5 PM EDT on Monday, April 7. MLG reserves the right to restrict participation in each region if the pool of applicants is too large.

Each region is separate, 1 for EU and 1 for KR.

I remember that the first big tournament I watched after starting sc2 a few days ago was a MLG, so I always try to watch it live every time I can. It's a good memory for me.

I know, just joking because I'm thinking ForGG, Golden, MMA, jjakji and StarDust will play the EU qualifier (if it's IEM-like). And we all know what'll happen.

What does EU mean? Have to be living in Europe or just play on the European server?
