The tbd is going down the list of replacements, for players that did not respond to their confirmation mails 
The first 16 players qualified isn't decided until the 1st of the month due to A-Series and the last cup of the month is usually within the last 2 days of the month (with cups on Monday, Thursday and Sunday), so it's difficult to be any faster and still give players a few days to confirm, and then get replacements!
